Biography
Brittani B. Dial was licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 2013 and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law. Ms. Dial attended Austin Peay State University for her undergraduate degree and is a member of Chi Omega Women’s Fraternity Alumni. Since graduating from Law School Ms. Dial has built a diverse law practice to include evictions, landlord-tenant disputes, quiet title actions, probate, and representing children entangled in conflicts between their parents. Ms. Dial also has extensive experience in drafting wills, deeds, contracts, leases, and documents required to form a business.
Ms. Dial is licensed to practice in all Tennessee trial courts and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association. Ms. Dial also serves on the Board of Directors for Loaves and Fishes of Clarksville, a Tennessee Nonprofit Corporation.
